New value in a Checkboxlist

Hi,

When I add a new value to field of type "List box" that is displayed as "CheckBoxList" (Fieldtype.png) the new values are not clickable propely until I recycle the app pool. 

The behaviour I get is as displayed in "Checkboxlist-click.mp4".

DW Version 9.8 without any custom code. 

We have a customer that is currently adding a lot products and creating new field of this type so I would really need help to figure out why this is happening.

This problem still occurs. (DW 9.9.1)

I was told that the feature #76158 mentioned above was rejected. surprise
