I know Hide free services is being used only to hide free services in the Cart Summary, as the description of the checkbox says, however, I don't understand why are we making that distinction?
If I want to Hide free services, I'd like to hide them in the Receipt and Order Details too, especially as in Receipt and Order Details, the shipping and payment methods are displayed in the footer anyway. I'm not losing any information, except that it was free, which is what you'd want with Hide free services.
Why is Hide free services not global? I can't think of a reason why we'd want to hide the free services only in the cart and not in the other pages where I display the order.
