Make discount ignore all other discounts

Our customer Hotel Chocolat uses Rapido 3.1. They want one of there discount's can ignore all other discounts, no matter the type (Product or Order).

Is it possible? if yes, how can it be done?

Hi Cecilia

You can create an order discount and set its priority to 1 and mark it with "stop further processing" - then other order discounts will not be added. See https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/ecommerce/payment-shipping/discounts-offers#8284

It will not work if you also have product/orderline discounts that apply to a product (opposed to an order). Then the product discount will not be applied. You also have the "Only apply to products without a discount" option you can use. If you have i.e. 3 products in the cart and one has a discount already. Then you can add 10% on the order, but only given to the 2 products with no discount already.

It is a bit tricky - lots of settings. But hope this clarifies.
