In our https://holland-controls.com/ solution we use multilanguage, but in the navigation it shows textually (see attachement).
But we would like to show clickable flags as i have tried to design in the other attachement.
Are there options to make it that way (perhaps in newer versions of Rapido)?

Exactly - you should upgrade to a latest released version - there is a new setting on LAYOUT tab > NAVIGATION ITEMS > "Language selector" dropdown field, allowing to select several options:
- Flag + Language name
- Flag + Culture
- Only flag
- Only name
- Only culture
