I would like to be able to control the sorting of promotion products without having to delete them all and adding them back in.

We would also like to be able to control the sorting. Makes no sense for the customer that they dont "get what they see"

No news, not implemented yet. We will probably not implement this on R3, so I think you have to find your own solution to this request.
