Dear Sir

May I know how to configure to make shipping fee appear in the cart page.

Case 1 > 3 setps check out > the shipping fee only appear after the payement,  which is order confiration response page.

Case 2 > 3 steps check out > the shipping fee not calcualted on the fly after changing the ship to address

Hello Pang Lin,

Case 1: the TFS task # 64701 (Rapido: Inconsistency for Payment&Shipping summary details in a multi-step cart) already exists and assigned to our Product Management for confirmation/fixing.
The point is:
On a cart Step 1 the Payment and Shipping are always displaying in a Summary even if it's free.
BUT for the cart Steps 2-3 there is a condition to hide Payment and Shipping if it's free. It looks inconsistent and non-user friendly. It would be better to show this information on all steps (since this is an important information for Customer).

Cases 2, 3, 4 – it's the same problem in a both type of carts:  the task # 63854 (Rapido: Changing of country by changing preselected addresses will not post back the cart to recalculate) already exists for that and it's in a fixing process now. Will be available to the next hotfix release.
