Error loading area settings

I am getting the attached error when loading the area settings for a Rapido site. After that, the UI looks messed up. I noticed that it takes a long time to load the settings in general (even on a high-end developer machine). The issue presents itself on an older, and slower, web server. Could the speed be an issue here? Anything we can do to speed up loading of the settings?

Hi Imar,

I have received the same error when upgrading Rapido from 3.0 to 3.1. The root cause is the colors definition that was defined differently in 3.0 vs 3.1.

Try reimporting the settings (if you have exported them before the upgrade) or try to clean up the values stored in the Area Settings ItemType.

3.1 has a different Color control than 3.0. it might be a difference in DW version or just something related to Rapido. I can't remember exactly.

The weird thing is, it works on the dev environment with the same DW version. I used a copy of dev to set up the remote site. Would importing still help?

Turns out to be the browser cache; the site previously ran under an older version of DW without Rapido and some files were still cached. Thanks Adrian!
