I have an issue that is quite urgent. For our customer Volandis we are running a telephone campaign.
This means about 12 people are calling customers and based on the input they fill in a form:

But when more call center colleagues are filling in the form at the same time they receive a 404 error (attached).
All callcenter colleagues are working in Firefox and have the same IP adress.
Do you have an explanation and a solution for this issue?
I was for example thinking of making a page for each colleague. That would help if the page causes the issue, but not if the form causes it.
I hope to hear from you soon, because the call center is complaining at us.
