Adding products to favorite list in product list page

Hi,

I notice that in the product list page, when we add a product to a favorite list,  it refreshes the whole page. Is there a suggested implementation or configuration such that adding products to favorite list does not refresh the whole page?

Hi Nicolai, 

Thanks for the prompt reply. But is it still possible to do with a customized way of preventing the page from refreshing when adding products to favourite list in the product list page? What do you recommend?

Hi Afi

You can always change the implementation to not reload. But it would require some major changes to the implementation of favorites in lists. First you need a 'hidden' page that will take care of the add to favorite list part, and then you need to update the favorites markup to reflect that a product was added to a favorite list. It might be a change to the javascript only.
