Hi, 

We want to use the workflow option for a customer with only a content website. So that they can check the content before publishing it and that one person is responsible for publishing. 

The website is nog using e-com prododucts. So we don't want the PIM version and not a AIO professional licence. 

Is there a way to use the workflow option without updating the licence?

Hi Oleg, 

The problem is that we don't have the workflow option because of the license. I know the draft option, but then you can only test for yourself and that is nog what the customer wants. 

They want to have content managers who prepare the content and then someone who checks it and if it's alright then will switch it to live.

Do you have a option to do that without using the workflow. Or is there a way to use the workflow without switching the licence?

What you're asking is not possible without the Workflow module. If you would like a trial of the module please contact your partner account manager
