Sort products by "User Defined" doesn't work

Hello,

In Rapido it doesn't seem to be possible to sort the products in the same order as they are in the backend. On the "Product" page, if I set the sort to "User Defined", it doesn't change anything, the feed always returns products in the same order.
Where does that come from ?

Thanks

Hi Gaetan

The problem is, that the product list page is just a search result from the index. So you have to set the sorting on the query and not the paragraph settings (that setting only works when you are not using the index - sorry about the UX confusion!). See dump #1 of the paragraph settings where you can overrule that.

Since the product list is a search result, i.e. when you search for "BIKE" you get products from multiple groups - and the sorting does not make sense... Makes sense?

Ah yes thank you, I was suspecting something like that. I had actually looked there but there are so many fields I just didn't see that one.

Works now !

Yes, many fields, not easy to work with!

We have an item on the fall roadmap to simplify setup of searches...

Glad it works!
