For our ISTwente website we have 2 forms:
Contact form: https://istwente.azurewebsites.net/contact
Plan visit: https://istwente.azurewebsites.net/plan-visit-to-the-school
For both forms I made 'create user on form submit' with exact same settings per form.
Strange enough it works on the contact form, but not on the Plan visit and I cannot find what I am doing wrong.
Can you please help me with it? It is the last step for going live so we hope to fix it soon.
