I have the Rapido 2.0 version installed (and Microsoft-IIS/10.0)
On the website called "PIM tool", I enter the Products page, and I select one of them. If I click on the "Generate PDF" button, it generates a blank pdf. In the IIS I have enabled the "Load User Profile" (as someone said in this forum). Is there anything else I have to do?
