Publication Error

I had created a Publishcation Period from 1 Jan 2018 to 15 Jan 2018 and assign to a product.

I noted that this product still available on the product list page which I think may not be right.

However, upon clicking it gave page not found error which I think this is correct.

Hence, I think since the publiscatin period had ended, therefore the product should not

1. appear in the list page

2. be searchable.

Please advise was this a bug?

Hi Pang Lin

When using Rapido, products gets searched from the index (instead of queried from the database) and that search does not take publication period into consideration. That is why it is shown on the list, but gives you 404 on the detail. Not that beautiful, granted.

To make the product disappear from the product list, add to parameters to the query to take the campaign into consideration. See dump on how to do that.
