I have some links in my layout looking like this.
<a href="#0">Home</a>

They go through Dynamicweb and the output is this.

Why is this?

Can it be avoided?

If so, how?

MC -> System -> Solution settings -> Dynamicweb includes and parsers -> Disable href="#name" parsing should do the trick
