Newslist with numbering

Is it possible to create a list of news and let the list-template generate an automatic numbering/counting of the news-items/rows in the list?

It's not the single news-item, which has a number - only the items' actual number in the list, i am interested in showing.

??

Hi Lise

 

The news items are in a loop. The loop has a counter, see this: http://templates.dynamicweb-cms.com/TemplateTags/Dynamicweb-template-tags/General-tags/Loops.aspx

 

Also you could make a ol/li list, then the markup would create a numbered list for you.

Thanks, Nicolai - sometimes the solution is so close to you, that you need others to see it!!! I was looking for some other very difficult kind of tags... but i'll try the ol/li list first :-)
