Google Analytics with eCommerce

Does anyone have any experience with integrating Google Analytics with eCommerce?

I have found a page at Google that discribes the how-to. Problem is it doesnt register anything, and there has been purchases sinse we implemented it.
Any help is appreciated

You have to register your solution as a ecommerce site.
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Edit next to the profile you'd like to enable.
  3. On the Profile Settings page, click Edit next to Main Website Profile Information.
  4. Change the E-Commerce Website radio button from No to Yes.
