Get ID of page

Hi!

Is it possible to get the ID of certain page without using a menu? I have a hardcoded menu with just one link to a page on the same site. I want to get the ID of that page in case it's recreated, but I don't want to use a xslt-menu.

Or is it better to use a xslt menu and hardcode the other menu items?
