Master Templates or??

what would be the best way to go around having differend javscript includes in the head section hence not ending up cluttering in un needed functionality.

is it possible to have 2 master templates defined or would the easiest way just be to have a blank master template and defining everything at the page template and that way allowing whole differend layout / scripts ect for sub pages?

You can only have one master template for a language/area. So if it is different within the pages in the same site, use the page template.

That said, browsers are fairly good to cache js files so it is a minor problem afterall.
