Its pretty simple.

Go to users, choose the user that you want to give access to any number of pages

find the tab "Pages", here you can add the distinct page(s) that the user should have access to.

if you grant a user access to a page, all other will be locked, The user will have access to all pages beneath the page he is granted access to.

I think you can do the same trick with a usergroup

Thanks but I am looking for something more. The user can still create sub-pages on that page, add and remove paragraphs. I want to prevent the user from creating, editing and deleting the pages he has access to. Simply manage paragraphs. Do you have any ideia how we can do that?

Unfortunately that's not supported. Funny I haven't heard this request before.
