multiple content area template

Reply

Hi all,

We are new to DynamicWeb and wondering how we can make a template like for example the homepage of DynamicWeb.dk where the content area exists of multiple content blocks.

Is it so that each of these content blocks are paragraphs?

If so, how do you make sure that the customer doesn't mix up the different paragraphs?

On the dynamicweb homepage the paragraphs are as follow:

1. Fast, Efficient, Affordable!

2. What is Dynamicweb?

3. Listen to our customers...

4. Heard the news?

...

So the enduser can easily screw up the page by inserting the paragrahps in a different order.

Is there a solution for this?

thx,

Koen

Who can give me some insides about this?  Can you guide or force the user to insert paragrahes (modules) in a predefined order?

I think you have to create a paragraph setup. This means that you have to create a paragraph layout. It is described in the pdf:
2051_(en-US)_Designing_Dynamicweb_Templates.pdf
chapter 4: PARAGRAPHSETUP TEMPLATE HTML FILES
I hope that`s what you have asked for..
