Hi Peter

Thats not possible at the moment - know its a serious missing feature.

In the mean time, you could take a look at /Files/Templates/Formmailer. Its a forms "module" where you create the forms in normal HTML and where you have 100% control over the design and layout of the mails it sends.

We are aware that design capabilities in the forms module are high priority.

I'm using the freedom of design provided by the /Files/Templates/Formmailer.

But I'm having trouble uploading a file, in the same way it is possible with the Module...

As far as I can tell the documentation file doesn't mention the "upload" functionality...

IS it possible? - or ...?

Is it possible to make more templates - and bind them to different forms?
fx. if you have a Newsletter submition and a Contact form - would it be relevant to make two different templates.

Not quite sure I understand - but yes you can. In the form you specify the names of the templates used in some hidden fields.

Hi,

Today I wanted to change the layout of the form-emails. But I couldn't find it. After searching the forums here, I came to this topic from 2 years ago.

Can we change the layout at this moment without using the formmailer?

1½ years ago we introduced a new forms module along with datalists - and with that you can do whatever you want. Fully template based.
