It's pretty simple, and has nothing to do with the autobild template really.
1. What you do is to create a new page in the root and disable it from being viewable in the menu. (medtag ikke i menu)
2. Then create all the pages you want in your menu as subpages.
3. Create a new menu (stylesheets > Default > Side > Template > click the blue image and create a new menu) and set it to be "static" and select the root page you created. Remember to set the levels accordingly.
4. Now insert the new menu tag into your template where you want it to appear.
