Render paragraph template on pagetemplate

There was talk about making it possible to create a paragraph that would be rendered directly on the page template.

The classic example would be a news ticker that you want to appear on every page on yor website, but instead of manually adding it to every page, then you could render the paragraph/module directly from the template.

Has this been implemented? Or is it in the workings?

Our developers are still working on it, but there are some performance issues.
