Scheduled Task Subtask “Active” Status Issue

Hi all,

I'm currently using Dynamicweb version 10.15.9 and have encountered an issue with the “Active” status in the Scheduled Task subtask feature.

When I click on a Scheduled Task subtask (not via the Action ribbon button), the configuration window opens and the subtask appears as “Inactive”, even though it was previously active.

If I make no changes and simply cancel the configuration, then navigate away and return to the same scheduled task, the subtask becomes inactive.

Interestingly, if I click on the subtask again, it shows as “Active”—but the same issue repeats when following the same steps.

Has anyone experienced this behavior or have any insights on what might be causing it?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Yes, this is an old bug which has been fixed. You are running on a quite old unsupported version, I will suggest upgrading it. See more on supported versions here: https://doc.dynamicweb.dev/documentation/fundamentals/dw10release/releasepolicy.html
