Unable to set custom URLs for websites/languages in DW10

Hi,

The “Use in URL” setting doesn’t seem to have any effect in DW10, I’m unable to define custom URLs for language layers or websites:
Even with correct URL segments, host mappings, and published content, custom paths like /nl or /colad return a 404. How can I configure custom URLs like in DW9?

How is this setting - you need to use the "Use website name":
