We're currently working with DynamicWeb 9 and have run into an issue with our navigation and product structure across multiple websites.
Problem
We have several websites, each configured with their own shop in the backend.
Let’s say we have Shop1 and Shop2, each tied to a separate website.
The issue:
- Shop2 is displaying categories from Shop1
- The navigation (mega menu, breadcrumbs, and product list categories) is pulling the wrong data
- Navigation links redirect to pages from Shop1, not Shop2
What We Want
Each website/shop should:

Display only its own products and categories
- Use its own navigation and category structure
- Link to its own product detail pages and categories, not those of another site
What We’ve Checked
- Under Websites > [Website Node] > Properties > Ecommerce, each website is bound to the correct shop
- Each shop has the correct products and categories assigned
- We've confirmed that the navigation module is intended to pull from the current website node
Question
What else should we check to ensure the navigation and product lists are scoped to the current shop/website context?
