Hi,

When I try to copy a product with many variants (1800) i get this error message:

Der opstod fejl under kopieringen af produkterne. Nogle af produkterne er muligvis blevet kopieret.
Fejl-besked:The incoming request has too many parameters. The server supports a maximum of 2100 parameters. Reduce the number of parameters and resend the request.

Wow - Danish Exception :-).

What version? What steps? 1800 variants sounds like some kind of data mistake....? Integration job gone wrong?

I cannot understand how you get that many variants....

Anyways - seems not to be supported and requires a relatively big rewrite. I will note it as a feature request and untill then you have to create the new product and add the dimensions from the UI or go directly on the database.

Furnitures often have tons of variants, just take a chair with +150 fabrics, 4 different legs, 3 different wood shells and with 3 different heights :-)

Hi,

I can see, your running on a older version .. DW9.13.8

When I test on a Product, in our internal sites running DW9.13.11, with 2843 variants on 8 Languages (in total 22744 rows), it seems to work fine ..

Is it possible for you, to upgrade to latest DW9.13.x release, and test in that environment ?

Hi Søren,

Then maybe it's not the number of variants that is causing this?

But before we do that, can you please check if there has been any changes in the copy product method from 9.13.8 to 9.13.11?
