Hi,

what's scenario you follow to catch the exception in PIM, some customisation is used on the solution, right?

Hi Oleg,

I have noticed that this is happening very often when I use a search for multiple ProductNumbers separated with a comma. 5 code works, 10 codes renders errors.

The Index only has one custom field added via a schema extender. But it's very large.

Thank you,
Adrian

Hi Adrian,

I've tested the case on Rapido, Swift and custom solution based on last DW9.13.10 but was not able to catch the exception. Please, refer to support to have deeper dig if still reproduced on the veraion and relevant. Thanks.

Hi Oleg,

Try searching with 25 codes.

I am not sure if it makes any difference, but in my case, there are several users doing this type of search, very often.

Hi,

do not catch the issue anyway (Rapido/Swift solutions). Here is video regarding my check. I suppose the issue is specific one of your custom solutions in fact.
