I have an issue on a Rapido 3.4.3 on a dynamicweb 9.10.13 Stageing site with product List and product details rendering a blank pdf, when the Download Cart is populated with more than one product. I have standard Rapido 3.4.3 setup Where it works, and my settings are identical to that setup. I have followed the same steps but still it doesn't work as intended. The Csv Rendere works fine on both soltutions

Could be a temp folder permission issue on the server. Where is it hosted? Coudl be worth checking the event log and see if there are som pointers there.

It is hosted on our own server and the event log doesn't provide any usable feedback unfortunately.

Hi Alexander

It seems we have one more case on this, so we will look into it.

Sorry about the inconvenience

Hi,

I've tested the issue using new solution based on last DW9.10 (9.10.17) and Rapido 3.4.3 all and deployed in regular way, no any extra file was not added to bin folder etc. Here is video says about my check. It's possible to output product list or product details via appropriate feature regardless cart has one product or more. So, look for a difference in your solutions (templates, appropriate dll's regarding pdf/image in 'bin' folder etc.). Please, post exact conditions of the issue if found.

The only difference i can find is that our dll is a newer version:
Dynamicweb.Imaging.Providers.ImageGlueProviders.dll 1.0.9

This dll is the same version as the one we use on our test setup, where the feature works

Hi,

We had a problem with blank PDFs and that had to do something with access to the external IP from the hosting server. I'll try to get hold of the the details on how we solved it.

Regards / Aki

This is from our IT-guy regarding the problem we had:

There are two solutions;
One is that if the server is in a domain and it has its DNS settings to go to DCs which interns returns the external DNSs this problem can occur. If you set for example 8.8.8.8 as the primary DNS on the server hosting the site, it will work.
If you have sites in a different zone and not domain-joined, you probably don´t have this issue.
I have not tested how it acts when utilizing a Reverse Proxy.

The other solution is to use hostfile, not as pretty, but it works.

Our project have been upgraded to 9.12.2, but the issue still seem to persist. Nicolai Pedersen, can you give us your mail, so that we can send our solution directly?
