We have a customer using live integration towards a BC Cloud version 18 with code unit version 18.104.22.168.
Most of the time, it works very well, but occasionally we have some problems with orders not being exported to BC. If we check the log file on the time the orders were completed, we see the error "Request send failed. License is not valid." multiple times over a timespan, and then it stops again. Below is a snippet of the log file.
Can anyone explain the reason why this error occurs?
