Fields for password recovery for solutions with multiple shops

Hi guys,

I have a situation with a solution running 2 separate websites with 2 separate Shops. There are situations where a user might have an account in both shops using the same email address.

We save ShopID information on the user but apparently ShopID is not in the list of fields for RecoveryPassword.

Ia there any way I can add it manually in the recovery form?

Hi Guys,

In the meantime, I have tried using a hidden field with AccessUserShopId name.

The result is that I get 2 separate emails, one for each account even though both accounts have different values for ShopId on the user.

Am I missing something here?

Just call the field "ShopId" and remember to enable the feature it in the control panel under users.

Hi Nicolai,
I have enabled the feature.

I have tried with a field called ShopId and with a field called AccessUserShopId.

I still can recover my password from any of the websites.

Anything else I am missing?

I am using DW 9.8.8
