Dear Dynamicweb,

Do you have a setup for start using the new Visual Editor in a blank or existing (not rapido) Dynamicweb solution?

Best regards, Anders

Take a look at this one - there you have some very basic templates:

https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/content/tools/visual-editor

There is a download link on that page to simple templates.

Is that usable?

Dear Nicolai,

Thanks for the link, but besides the template-files I am looking for necessary css-files, javascript or items to set the editor up. As I guess that some of the these files must be needed?

Best regards, Anders

Hi Anders

No css or javascript files are needed except those you need for your layout.

Items you decide for you self - rows can have item types, and what they need of fields is what you decide on. Columns are paragraphs and you again can decide what item types and fields you need.

The editor we use is the same as always - on Rapido it has just changed how it is setup using the editor configuration of the backend. See dump.

Basically you can create a grid with just rows and regular paragraphs.
