Loyalty point expiration

Dear All,

On our website, customer created loyalty point and rewarded rule. Loyalty point expire period on Ecommerce > Advance Configuration is also set 0 which loyalty point will not expire.
But whenever customer was rewarded points from the rule, all of those points expired immediately without spending it.
Could you please advise what would be the possible reason causing it and how to resolve?

Hi,

The issue seems to be the same as one already risen in the topic (fixed on DW9.10.14 and up). I was not able to reproduce it on last DW9.13.6. Please, specify the case if still reproduced on the last version.

Noted with Thanks. Our site is using 9.10.12. Could you please advise if there is any workaround to fix it on 9.10.12?

Hi Nyein,

the fix is in Dynamicweb.Scheduling.Providers.PointExpirationScheduledTaskAddI package v.3.0.1 and up. You can download the package version from nuget to extract (e.g. via '7-zip' arhivator etc.) appropriate dll and post it in your admin's bin folder.
