DW9 - Copy / Move Products

Hello,

I have a DW9 instance:

In previous versions it was possible to copy products from the context menu in order to easily create new ones, but this functionality now seems to be absent, or at least it lives in a different place. For example, right-clicking on a product in the product group view:

It does appear as though I can still do this via the 'All products' and 'All Ecommerce products' views, but this is awkward as it is a flat view without hierarchy and group context:

Is there a way to copy products from within the product groups ?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or doing a hard reload? I've had similar issues in the past and they were caused by outdated local JavaScripts. If that doesn't help, check the developer tools for any JavaScript errors.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I can confirm that a hard reload doesn't fix it. I also see no errors in the network tab (all 200) as well as no error, warning or trace in the console; this is for the page itself as well as whilst right-clicking.

Maybe it's a versioning issue? I tested it on 9.21.3 and it works there:

Hi Team Agri,

I have tested on my DW9 solution (9.21.3) and I have Copy/Move in the context menu (see below).

Have you checked permissions?
