Any idea where this error refers to ? "The certificate for REST API, which should be uploaded to the Dynamicweb File Archive"
Hi Shiwanka
That message refers to the Cybersource REST API certificate used by the Dynamicweb Cybersource provider.
The file should be a .p12 certificate generated in Cybersource Business Center under:
Payment Configuration > Key Management > Generate key > REST – Certificate
When generating it, Cybersource asks you to define a password. Download the .p12 file and upload it to the Dynamicweb file archive here:
/Files/System
Then go to the Cybersource payment provider settings in Dynamicweb and select that certificate file in the REST API certificate field, and enter the same certificate password that was used when generating the .p12 file in Cybersource.
A couple of things to be aware of:
The REST API credentials are separate from the Secure Acceptance profile credentials used for the hosted payment window.
The REST API setup is mainly used for features such as saved cards/tokenization, recurring payments and remote capture.
If you use the Shared Secret JWT option instead, you do not need the .p12 file. In that case you need the REST Shared Secret Key ID and REST Shared Secret from Cybersource instead.
Also make sure that the certificate is generated for the same environment as the payment setup, so test certificate for test mode and production certificate for production mode.
