Hiya,
It seems that the email marketing automation has changed, at least in DW 9.9.x, and now uses a "Flow" menu to configure. When I click the Help button on the flow screen it goes to https://doc.dynamicweb.com/frontpage?m=keywordfinder&keyword=omc.email.flow&LanguageID=en , which results in no information, just the homepage.
We have looked at the old documentation and tried as much as possible to work with that, but despite what I think are correct settings and manually triggering of the scheduled task there is never a mail being sent, and no errors or such in the logs as far as I can see.
Do you have any tips of common mistakes configuring this, or can the documentation be added?
