Append what ?

Append additional data.

For example, let's say I have a field called "Made in" and I create a bulk edit to add the data to that field of "U.S.A." and then later I want to change it include that data and additonal like "U.S.A. by starving artists."

However as of now that could only be done eksporting your eComProducts using the Dynamic Provider to either CSV or Excel, modfy the products you want to an then import again using either Dynamicweb provider from Excel or CSV.
You only need the ProductID and the Columns you have changed. Make shure your ColumnHeaders matches the correct Dynamiceb fieldnames and then let the import auto map the fields.
Doing that, you can re-use that very same imporactivity disregariding having different columns in the excel form time to time.

I prefer Excel, as this works best in most situations - especially if you want to import EAN numbers that otherwise is a pain in CSV.
Excel as source may require Windows ODBC driver on the DW server.

If using CSV, dont forget to save in UTF-8 if you have æøå and other funny letters in there ;)
