Export of "price lists" on through PIM

Hi,

We have a customer that would like to export a pricelist every month to some of their own customers, since they have different speciel prices on some products and variants.

They would like the possibility to only select these products/variants once and then have a recurring job that exports them, so that they do not need to go in and select the products/variants every simgle time they need to export these.

They also want to be able to fetch a list of products/variants that are related to a customer.

Are these things possible?

From our customer:
I would like to only select variants once (and be able to edit it also) and then be able to export this list every month or year.

I would also like to be able to fetch a list of variants that is related to a customer

Hello Eva,

- if you can build a query that selects the products, you should be able to use that query in your PIM feed. Once the feed is up and running, create a "Scheduled task" with the "Feed File Export Task" add-in and set the schedule to 30 days.

Hello Eva,

- you have to use the feed in the scheduled task, not the query.

1. Create the query: SETTINGS > Repositories > Products (typically, but it could have another name).

2. Create the feed: PIM > Feeds (use the query you created in step 1.).

3. Create the scheduled task: SETTINGS > Integration > Scheduled task. Select 'Activation = Add-in' + 'Type = Feed File Export Task' + fill in the parameters.
