UserProvider: Log emails to new users

Hi Dynamicweb,

I can see that logging of email with new passwords from the user provider is disabled in the code. Can this be made to a setting as we have quite a few questions from clients saying that no emails has been sent?

Best regards, Anders

Hi Anders,

The logging now works in this way: if the user email is invalid the email is not sent and if this user has a UserName there will be a log line added in the DataIntegration job execution log file
saying that it can't send email to this UserName as its email is invalid. Do you need this log line to have more information
about user invalid email and new password logged? Or some other functionality?

Hi Dmitrij,

It would be great to have a line in the Dataintegration-logfile that the mail is sent and/or have a entry in the EmailHandler-log.

Best regards, Anders

Hi Anders,
tfs# 53532 created. The log line will be added to the Email Handler log once the email with password is sent (without new option addition to the UserProvider).
