Hi guys,
I am trying to understand once and for all the ideal IIS configuration in order to server DW as efficiently as possible.
I have followed the guidelines from the Get Started section but I still feel there are things that are not covered there and should be configured in IIS.
I am talking about caching, static and dynamic compression, cookieless domains, response headers etc.
Can anybody help me understand how the best practice looks like? For example, how would the default configuration of IIS looks like when you guys are configuring the hosting of a DW solution.
