I've got a few clients that would like to clean up their newsletter signups after GDPR consent e-mail campaigns. More specific they want to remove/detach users from specific user groups if they haven't given their consent to a/some specific Activity(Activities) by now.
As of now I can't think of any features that solves it... but...:
Smart searches - If you add just a little bit of functionality, then we are home safe!
If we could have access to crosscheck users with the "Activity consent table".
Something like this in the rule selectbox:
Consents
User has given consent to specific Activity
Then we could add rules to check for:
1.Consent on each activity needed
2. Which groups we want the user to be/not be in
– would be nice to get someone to tell me the Expressions to write to make a rules that says "user IS NOT in any other group than group XXXX" or "user IS in some other group than group XXXX"...
3. + All the other parameters we want to check on
and then from that smart search we can delete/ or detach users from specific groups.
P.S. please rename the "Add groups" link in the right-click menu when in a Smart Search... Should be "Add/remove groups" because you can actually also remove groups...
