Smart search with custom order fields

Hi,

 

I would like to create a smart search based on the value of a custom order field. I can't find this anywhere, so I supose it is not possible at the moment. I am in need of both boolean and date values.

Hi Mikkel

That is not possible as you say. Also a user can have multiple orders. A solution is to create some custom fields on the user and create a subscriber that will add the values from an order when it is made to the custom fields of the user. Then they can be queried.

Hi Nicolai,

 

Multiple orders would work like the smart searches today. It is allready possible to check for purchase of certain products, order total amounts and order dates. 

Any chance you will look into this? I would prefer not to write custom code to solve this.
