Add Copy option to Tax and Payment providers in the Settings are

Can you add a Copy option to the Tax and Payment providers like we have on the shipping providers? We often have the need to clone an existing provider and reconfigure it a bit; currently we have to manually set them up from scratch. A copy option would make that a lot simpler and more consistent in the UI.

It is now possible to copy tax provider in Dynamicweb 9.7+ versions
