Is DW planning on implementing a Vipps integration as a payment gateway in DW eCommerce?

Hi Siv

We have no current plan for integrating Vipps directly.

However, Vipps is not a payment gateway per say, but a payment method, like Visa and MasterCard. That means that you can pay using Vipps through other gateways - i.e. Quickpay, see https://quickpay.net/payment-methods/vipps and DIBS, see: https://www.dibs.no/mobilbetaling

So those are existing options that you can use. If you already have another payment gateway, check if that also supports VIPPS.

Also note that it is possible to use several gateways for the same solution on different payment types. So if you have a gateway already that do not support VIPPS you can add i.e. Quickpay for this specific payment type only.
