Stock States and Stock Matrix

Hi guys,

I need to know if I can use Stock States and Stock Matrix together.

I have a solution (DW 9.8.5) where I have 2 Shops. For each shop I have 2 stock locations. I have selected the Stock locations for each shop in Shop settings and I have set one as default.

I have defined a Stock State with quantity thresholds.

Apparently the stock state returned is still based on the Stock field on the product. Which obviously is 0.

Is there something else I need to setup? Is this Stock State even supposed to work with Stock Matrix?

Thank you,

Adrian

Hi Adrian,

I've checked the issue on DW9.8.5. I see stock amount from stock matrix is not prioritized in new created product. It can be checked via 'Stock status' field in product backend list as well as Ecom:Product.Stock tag renders amount from product genaral stock. Issue is related to wrong value assigned to ProductUnitCounter field on saving product. TFS 79020 has been created against the issue, it will be fixed in upcoming release. Thanks.

Hi,

Workaround is filling Product Unit Counter=1 field for your product. IIS pool recycle is required.

Is this field in the EcomProducts table?

Thank you,
