Order Discount Based on Order Country

Dear Sir,

The mechanics are as such:

  1. Customer
    spends $80 and key in the promo code “Macaron19”, will be entitled to a
    physical voucher that will be included in their consignment
  2. Valid
    from 20th – 24th March 2019
  3. Only
    for Singapore orders

I created the discount (please refer the recorded video) and tested . I found that  promotion code can apply if the country is not Singapore.
Please help me to check the discount setting?

Hi Tin Ma Ma

The discount does not use the country from the order - it uses the context country set on the website settings. A user can override the country context by setting it using a querystring parameter, &CountryCode=sg - then the discount rule will be met.

I understand that that does not make a lot of sense in this scenario. So I've just made an update of the logic, so if there is a delivery country on the order, that will be used, otherwise the customer country and then the context country as the last fallback.
