Default Unit Id (friendly name)

Hi,

I am trying to get the name of a product's default unit Id and I can't seem to get a tag for that and despite having a lot of Units configured in the backend, the Units loop is not rendering anything.

Is there a bug in 9.4.18?

There is no known bugs... How did you get your units in the system - integration or UI? Be aware that ProductUnitCounter on the product has to have a proper value...

Hi Nicolai,

We did get them through integration, but we don't see anything wrong about it, just with the tags. I can't get the Default's Unit "Name", just the ID.

I should say I tried setting ProductUnitCounter to 1 with no luck or changes. It is currently set to 0 (we see no aparent changes). We also don't have multiple units per product, just the default unit id for each product.

I also tried creating a Unit trough the backend and I got the same result, so it does not seems like a (missing) data issue.

Can QA look into this? My repro steps are:

  • Create a Unit - example "Test unit"
  • Set the unit to a product
  • Go to the product details template with TemplateTags()
  • Try to find a tag that returns "Test unit"

Best Regards,

Nuno Aguiar
