Completion rules missing from solution

Hi,

I'm wondeting why the completion rules of PIM is missing (no menu under settings / pim) from one of our solutions. It shows up fine on a full trial license.

The solution has the cloud all-in-one proffesional license and there is a vast difference in the named features under the license section compared to the full trial.

Are the feature related to the license at all or are we just missing some setup ?

Hello Claus,

Looks like it's about this one. There is one condition here: var isDw96OrGreater = Installation.HasVersion("9.6.0.0");

So it works from 9.6 and up. What is your solution version number? What is written in /Globalsettings/System/Version/CurrentVersion?

Hi Olga,

 

Thank you for the reply.

Only the binaries was updated to 9.6.7, The content version was 9.5.0.0 - updating the admin folder worked and reruning the ecom updates worked.
