Cache product list feed

We are running DW 9.5.0 with Rapido 2.1 and are wondering if it is some standard functionality for caching the different feeds that now are in use?
Please see the attached image, would be great if this feed would be cached and not fetched fresh every time.

Hi Martin

There is not. Why would you need it? It should be fairly fast out of the box. If you modified it, you should check your code for performance bottlenecks.

Prices, stock levels, discounts and other things change all the time, so caching the feed is probably not the best idea...

Just trying to trim of extra ms's to evry call being made, so just wondering.
But if you say it is performance optimal I trust you.

Agree that product list is not the best example, but feeds are beeing used for other types of content too.

You can do all kinds of crazy stuff in the underlying search and in the template that will break performance - but default Rapido settings and templates should not be an issue. If they are, we will look into it.
